Taekwondo is a fun activity for the whole family, perfect for children and adults alike. Not only is traditional TKD a proven self defense martial art, its a wonderful activity to improve your fitness, flexibility, balance and focus!  We have classes that cater to adults and children, plus also our 'Taekindy' classes which are specially designed for 4-6 year olds.

Schools are located through out South East Qld & Canberra mostly, additionally with clubs in Sydney, Perth and Hobart.
