| Taekwondo is a fun activity for the
whole family, perfect for children and adults alike. Not only is traditional
TKD a proven self defense martial art, its a wonderful activity to improve
your fitness, flexibility, balance and focus! We have classes that
cater to adults and children, plus also our 'Taekindy' classes which are
specially designed for 4-6 year olds.
We have many schools located throughout Australia, though it does help if you can provide the location you are looking at so we can guide you to the closest club to you.
